Signature Society

Through the years we have held to our mission of providing a comprehensive program of supportive care for the terminally ill patients and their families. Thanks to individuals like you and the generosity of our community, we have always held a non-profit status and have never charged any patients for our services.

The Board of Directors has initiated a giving club named the Signature Society. This society was established in 2003 to coincide with our twentieth (20th) year anniversary.

The contributions to the Signature Society will be used toward the purchase of prescription drugs and medical supplies for patients’ care and comfort.

We are excited and hope you will choose to be a member of this prestigious club because it will grow immensely over the yearss and will guarantee our future existence.
